What should I wear to my session?
I provide a wardrobe consultation to all of my Brand Story clients. But I also love bright solid colors. I always recommend wearing what you feel good in and what really represents who you are. Here is a great blog with some fantastic tips!
When do I pay for my session?
You will pay a non-refundable booking retainer when we secure a date. Then the remaining amount will be due at your session. I will send you an invoice with instructions when we book.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You will be able to pay my in cash, check, or via credit card.
When will I get my photos back?
You can expect your photos to be returned to you within 10 business days.
Will my photos be used for marketing?
Maybe! I will ask that you sign a model release as a part of our contract.
May I see an example of a contract?
Yes! I’m happy to email you a copy before you sign anything.
Will I be able to see my images online?
You will be given a link to view and download your images online as a part of your package.
Can I order prints from you?
I don’t provide printing services, but I can definitely recommend some great printing vendors.
What if I need to reschedule my shoot?
Please call me (do not email) as soon as possible so we can get you a new date. We can always reschedule your shoot free of charge.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Yes! Please share away. But, please do me a huge favor and credit me when you share by posting a link to my website or directly tagging me on Facebook or Instagram.
Is there a best time to book outdoor photos?
Spring (3 - 6p)
Summer (4 - 8p)
Fall (3 - 6p)
Winter (2 - 4p)
Will you travel for a shoot?
YES! I will absolutely travel and I love to get creative with this to see what we can make work. Contact me and let’s get the conversation started.
Do you charge additional for travel?
I will charge for mileage if I am shooting locally (MN, WI, SD, ND, IA) in excess of 25 miles from my home office (Minneapolis.)
Travel outside of Minnesota is on a case by case basis.
