Can the owner be home during the session?
I generally prefer that the owner not be home during the photo session, but I understand that this isn’t always possible.

How will I received the images?
You will receive an email from Pixieset with a download link and code.
Can I sell or give your images to someone else?
While you hired me to do the photo shoot, by copyright law I still own the images and you will need my expressed permission to sell or give my images away for anyone’s use outside of our agreement. This includes marketing use outside of the MLS or other online real estate or rental property sites.
What happens if the house isn’t ready to photograph when you arrive?
If you need 15 minutes to finish readying the house, I am happy to wait. If the house will take more than that or if we need to reschedule the shoot, there will be a fee charged for my time driving to and from the job site and loss of other work that could have been scheduled during your original time slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule my shoot?
Yes, of course you can cancel or reschedule by either calling or emailing me. Or you can cancel or reschedule your booking through the link in the confirmation email you received after your booked your original appointment.
Is there a fee for cancelling or rescheduling?
I charge a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of photo shoot, home is not ready for photos upon arrival resulting in the need to reschedule or I am unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time.
Exceptions are made if rescheduling due to bad weather or another extenuating circumstance. Don't worry if the sun isn't out. Overcast days are great for shooting interiors and I will impose blue sky into the exteriors. I may recommend rescheduling due to heavy rain or heavy snow if it will effect the quality of the photos.
